After a blistering start to the season, which saw them go top of the league, Norwich City have slipped down the table, in what has been a disappointing run of results for Alex Neil’s men.

The Canaries slipped to a dismal 3-2 defeat at home to fellow Play-Off hopefuls Leeds on Saturday, which lead to some Canary fans questioning whether Neil is the man to take them back up.

Their squad really is one that should be competing with Newcastle and Brighton at the top but their recent run has hampered them and they have slipped off the pace.

Ever since THAT loss to the Toon on a dramatic night at St. James' Park, the East Anglian outfit have seen their season swerve off course.

In January, Norwich will be delving into the market to strengthen their squad, in an attempt to rediscover their best form ahead of the end of season run in.

Alex Neil should be looking to League Two to source some talented players who will push for a first team spot.

Here, we will look at THREE League Two players who Norwich should sign in January to help get their season back on track

Graham Carey

Graham Carey

The Plymouth wide man was a standout performer last season and he has carried his great form into the new campaign, scoring seven and assisting six in the opening 15 games.

Carey is quite versatile, with him being able to play on either wing but his best position is behind the striker. It was from this position where he was so effective for Plymouth and if Norwich were to sign him, this is where they should play him to get the best out of him.

As Norwich seek to be more creative going forward, Carey would provide them with cutting edge in attack and supply the strikers with the opportunities they crave.

Omar Bogle

Omar Boglefg

Bogle already has nine goals to his name this season and it is widely thought that he will get a move away from Grimsby soon.

The 23-year-old came through the youth ranks at West Brom and Birmingham but never made it with them and he dropped down to play for non-league Hinckley Town before beginning his climb up the leagues.

Bogle would provide the Canaries with some attacking threat that they have so far lacked this season and a goal threat that all top Championship sides need.

Norwich currently have Cameron Jerome and Nelson Oliveira, but neither have been great so far this season, so an opportunity could present itself for Bogle.

Danny Hylton

Hylton arrived at Luton in the summer and has made an immediate impact for The Hatters, scoring eight goals and assisting three.

Hylton plays as a striker and certainly knows where the net is. He has a predatory instinct in front of goal, something that all the best Championship strikers have.

Despite not being blessed with blistering pace, Hylton uses his head to get him in goal scoring positions.
