After a decent first season in English football, Norwich City boss Daniel Farke will be hoping for an improvement in the next 12 months and a play-off challenge.

In fairness, that will be a tough ask for the Canaries who have sold off their best players under the German boss. He lost Alex Pritchard in January, saw Josh Murphy leave last week and James Maddison is expected to leave before the new season starts too.

Yet, whilst the Yellows have cut costs over the past 18 months, he will still be given some of those funds to reinvest in the team.

Farke has found a few gems since taking over, targeting younger, hungry players.

Here we look at three incomings and three outgoings that would make it a perfect window for the Norfolk side...

The Manchester United keeper is going to be available on loan and would be a very smart signing in a position Norwich need someone after Angus Gunn's loan ended.

Henderson was superb for Shrewsbury last season and is ready to play in the second-tier now.

The Canaries have been linked with the Shrewsbury midfielder and he would add a lot of energy and bite to the midfield.

As well as that, he scores goals and is an influential player. After the Shropshire side failed to go up they can expect to lose their star man.

Farke has brought in a lot of German players and the Ducksch could be the latest. He excelled with Holstein Kiel in Bundesliga II last season and scored goals for fun.

Technically sound, he is a fine player and could flourish in England.

Martin has been a fine player over the years but isn't in Farke's plans, evident by a January loan to Rangers, and will be a big earner.

Therefore, they'll be desperate to move him on and it would benefit the player too.

The former Barnsley man failed to make a positive impact at Carrow Road this season and didn't score a goal.

He failed to get in the team and appears a long way away from the first XI now so a move again would suit everyone.

Like Martin, Wildschut wasn't needed in January when he moved to Cardiff and is also a big earner.

Given that, Norwich will want to move him on to end a miserable spell at Carrow Road for the winger.
