Norwich City have made a good start to the Championship season and sit in 11th place after nine games.

They go into tonight's clash with Wycombe Wanderers in good form as well having won their last three matches in the league to give them hope of a successful season after all.

A 1-0 win at home to Middlesbrough was followed by two away wins, first beating Reading 2-1 in a midweek clash before winning 1-0 at Loftus Road to see off Queens Park Rangers on Saturday evening.

But with so many games in such a short space of time, there is a good chance that Daniel Farke will want to rotate his squad.

So here are three fringe players who much start against Wycombe tonight.

Passlack has struggled for minutes since arriving on loan from Borussia Dortmund in the summer but must be given a start tonight.

Youngster Max Aarons has impressed so far this season and will no doubt continue to start in the position, but giving the German loanee a chance to impress is necessary for the good of the club.

Farke will be hard pressed to drop Teemu Pukki who has scored in each of the Canaries' last four games so it may well be Jordan Rhodes who has to step aside to give Dennis Srbeny a start.

He has frequently appeared from the bench so far this season but it will be good to see exactly what he is capable of from the get-go against weaker opposition.

Another player who has been seen off the bench this season is midfielder Louis Thompson.

Moritz Leitner and Marco Stiepermann have proven a good partnership in central midfield but Thompson starting could well offer the pair some more intense competition for places in the future.
