It's no secret that Reading are struggling under the management of Paul Clement this season and with the Royals currently occupying one of the relegation places this season, fans have every reason to concerned.

Defeat to Bristol City this weekend at the Madejski Stadium could be the final nail in the coffin for Clement, who has come under intense pressure from the clubs fans in recent weeks.

Clement's win percentage as Reading boss will be disappointing reading for Royals fans.

The former Swansea boss has a win percentage of just 24% since he arrived in Berkshire which is quite frankly- a shocking record.

The Royals have looked shaky in defence this season and with a lack of depth in the squad due to injuries, Clement certainly will be tempted to bring in reinforcements in the near future.

But should Reading be looking to dip into the transfer market for free-agents?

Find out who they should be looking at to bring to the Madejski Stadium here....

Huth has had a hugely successful career to date and he is in search of a new club.

The central defender's most recent spell was with Leicester City, where he played a crucial part in the squad that won the Premier League.

Reading could do with an experienced head in the defence and Huth could be the man to fill that void.

The Ivorian striker left AS Monaco at the end of last season as has the quality to change games on his own.

Traore made 25 appearances for the French side but fell out of favour and after a number of unsuccessful loan spells, he left the club in the summer.

He would be an excellent signing at Championship level.

The 24-year-old has been a free agent since the summer when he left Chelsea.

The Brazilian plays primarily at right-back, but can also play left-back and he would be worth a punt by Clement with Reading struggling for depth in the full-back positions.

Oliveira has a point to prove after not having much game time under his belt in recent seasons.
