The FA probe into alleged racism by Leeds United goalkeeper Kiko Casilla is still ongoing. Casilla is said to have racially abused Charlton Athletic striker Jonathan Leko in the Whites' 1-0 defeat at The Valley on 28th September.

With the probe into Casilla still on-going the club may want to take a look at some possible replacements for the 33-year-old. Some of United's only back-ups to Casilla would be 19-year-old Illan Meslier or fellow youngster, Will Huffer.

United fans would certainly be keen to add some experience to their goalkeeping rank should Casilla be found guilty of the offence which carries a minimum six match ban.

Here we identify three free-agents that Leeds could identify as cover for Casilla.

Michel Vorm

The former Dutch international is without a club since being released by Tottenham Hotspur in the summer and would bring a wealth of experience to any Championship.

The Yorkshire Evening Post, reported in January that Vorm was offered to Leeds during the transfer window before the Whites opted for Kiko Casilla.

At 35, he has the ability to sure up any back line and would bring in a calm figure in the Leeds United goal. He was ever present at Swansea City, making 89 league appearances for the Swans, and although limited to only 13 Premier League appearances for Spurs, he was a consistent number two to Hugo Lloris and featured in the cup competitions.

Out of the free agents available, Vorm would probably be the top choice for most Leeds fans.

Jordan Archer

Although currently training with Aston Villa following his departure from Millwall in the summer, Jordan Archer is another potential goalkeeper Leeds could look to fill the void if Casilla is ultimately suspended.

Villa are certainly not short in the goalkeeping department with four senior team goalkeepers already in their squad. With the view that Archer will continue to only train with Villa, it could be worth a Championship club taking a punt on him.

At 26, Archer made 144 league appearances for the Lions, 69 of them coming the Championship, and it was somewhat of a surprise that the Lions let him leave on a free.

With one Scotland cap to his name, Archer could potentially link up with fellow country-man Liam Cooper at Elland Road and would provide some Championship experience between the sticks for Leeds.

Adam Bogdan

Having made nearly a combined 100 Championship appearances for Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic, Adam Bogdan could be another free agent that Leeds might look too.

Although spending the last four seasons as a back-up at Liverpool, Bogdan has had spells as number one over his career at Bolton Wanderers, Wigan Athletic and until concussion through injury, at Hibernian last season.

At 6 ft 4 inches, he would add some much needed height to United's back line, and would certainly be satisfying cover for Marcelo Bielsa's side.
