In the summer there is every chance that we are going to see some of the Sky Bet Championship’s best talent take the step up into the Premier League.

The 2017/18 campaign has seen some superb individuals light up the Championship, with plenty of high-profile Premier League clubs beginning to stand up and take note of the talent outside the top-flight.

The Premier League’s top-six are sure to be scanning Europe’s elite market for talent, but clubs like Liverpool could well be having a look into the Football League to see if they can find the next Dele Alli.

The Championship is home to some potential England internationals, who should certainly be on Jurgen Klopp’s radar at Anfield.

With that in mind, we take a look at THREE EFL stars that Liverpool should be looking to make a move for ahead of next season…

The Middlesbrough centre-back has shown his class in the Premier League previously, and was on the cusp of a regular place in the England squad prior to Boro’s relegation.

Gibson could well be heading back to the Premier League with Boro next season, but could certainly attract some interest in the summer.

Liverpool’s centre-back options have improved since Virgil van Dijk arrived, but there is certainly room for improvement.

Gibson could prove to be the Dutchman’s long-term partner, should Liverpool take a risk.

It’s impossible to look outside the Premier League and not mention Sessegnon, who should frankly be on the radar of every top-flight club.

The teenager has a huge future ahead of him and will attract plenty of interest this summer.

Adding Sessegnon to the number of talented youngsters Liverpool have could be a shrewd move.

Grealish is finally looks like fulfilling his potential, with some extremely impressive performances for Aston Villa.

On the left of a midfield three, the 22-year-old is shining and should Villa fail to win promotion this season, the door could be open for him to depart.

At the right price, the money might be too good for Villa to turn down.
