With the season well underway, we have already seen some clubs make managerial changes as they look to turn around the fortunes of their clubs, some though continue to support their manager in the hope that they can get their side back on track.

Here though, we look at three managers facing a big weekend as pressure on them continues to grow.....

Stoke City manager Nathan Jones continues to enjoy the support of his club's owners, despite form that has seen the Potters pick up only two wins so far this season, that has left them in 23rd spot in the Championship and in real risk of relegation to the English third tier.

The question is for how much longer will Jones enjoy the backing of the board, with his task not getting any easier though, with current league leaders West Brom the visitors to the bet365 Stadium on Monday night.

Phil Parkinson may have picked up the reins at Sunderland following the sacking of previous manager Jack Ross, but with a few matches under his belt now, he must be becoming acutely aware of the task ahead of him.

Parkinson will be realising the pace of League One is relentless and with the Black Cats outside the play-off places and now eight points behind leaders Ipswich Town, he will know the clock is ticking if he is to get his side back into the promotion mix.

Walsall manager Darrell Clarke is under huge pressure at the Bescot Stadium, with his side on a run of five defeats in a row that seen his team drop to 21st place in League One.

The 41-year-old who arrived at the club in the summer on a three year deal, will know he must turn things around quickly if he is not to become involved in a relegation battle to remain in the EFL.
