Since 2014, Forest have had eight different managers- including two caretakers. The best manager they’ve had since 2014 in terms of win percentage has been Mark Warburton who had a 40.54% win ratio while in charge of Nottingham Forest.
Managerial change has caused a lot of unrest and has stopped Forest improving as they keep changing managers, and can’t find one to stay.
All of these managers change the style of play and formations, but players can’t get used to them as the manager gets sacked or leaves before they adapt to it. This all then reflects onto the pitch where performances have been extremely poor.
