It was a disappointing weekend for Leeds United, with Marcelo Bielsa’s side suffering their second defeat of the season against Blackburn Rovers.

Leeds went down 2-1 at Ewood Park, but remain in a strong position in the Championship table, with Bielsa’s side having an opportunity to put things right in the coming days.

Tomorrow evening, Ipswich Town visit Elland Road, with Leeds taking on one of the Championship’s struggling sides under the floodlights at LS11.

On paper, Leeds should win, but the Championship is an unpredictable division, and play like they did against Blackburn, Ipswich will pick up some points at Elland Road despite their league position.

Bielsa can’t have been happy with the result or performance at Ewood Park so changes can be expected.

Here at FLW, we take a look at the starting XI we are expecting the Leeds boss to field tomorrow…

The youngster has the gloves and that’s unlikely to change anytime soon.

Ayling is back from suspension and should certainly come back in on the right of defence.

Pontus Jansson’s partner has given birth, with the centre-back not with Bielsa’s squad over the last few days.

For that reason, Berardi could move centrally.

Cooper will captain Leeds from the heart of defence.

The experiment with Stuart Dallas at left-back needs to end and Pearce needs to be given a chance in his natural position.

Phillips should continue in a role he is growing in.

Clarke’s cameo appearances in recent weeks have been really encouraging and Bielsa will surely be considering starting him.

Klich’s goals are pulling Leeds along at the moment and he will continue.

Saiz is Leeds’ driving force going forwards and Bielsa will need another big 90 from him.

Pablo Hernandez doesn’t seem ready for 90 minutes, and with Pearce in the left-back role, Alioski’s work will be important on the left.

Roofe featured on the right on Saturday, with Roberts as the focal point of attack.

That was a mistake and Bielsa should be turning to Roofe to lead the line against Ipswich.
