Bristol City have always been famed for being able to bring through and produce some quality youngsters over the past few decades, being able to spot the best talent in the south-west.

The likes of Joe Bryan, Lloyd Kelly and Bobby Reid have all moved on to bigger and better things across the past 18 months, but the Robins are now looking at producing some other youngsters who can fight for a spot in the senior team.

Here are three Bristol City youngsters that you should really keep an eye on over the next few years as they could be the next big thing at Ashton Gate...

Sam Bell

The teenage striker has progressed through the ranks at Ashton Gate, as he comes through the ranks at the club where his dad, Mickey, became a legend during the 1990's.

Bell has been gaining senior experience away from Ashton Gate over the last 12 months, first at Clevedon Town under his dad's tutelage for a handful of games last season, while he has scored a few goals for Yate Town so far this season since joining them on loan in December.

Big things are expecting of the young striker at the club that he has called home for a while, the forward having come off the bench to score a late winner against Crystal Palace yesterday.

Louis Britton

The teenage striker has been learning his trade within the Bristol City academy since joining them at the back end of last season, but the 18-year-old is definitely a forward to keep an eye on.

He has played senior football before in the non-league circuit, and his 15 goals in 20-odd games for local club Mangotsfield United last season caught the eye of those at Ashton Gate.

The striker has already scored 11 goals for Yate Town on loan this season, as well as featuring heavily for Bath City since the end of November as his displays up front in senior football have given him an advantage ahead of others within the academy.

Ayman Benarous

The young winger is a product of the Bristol City academy, and he has been turning heads at under-18 stage for the Robins.

The pacy wideman has even attracted the eye of England scouts, as he has recently been called up for the under-17s national team, a feat that not many Bristol City players achieve.

While he may not have got any senior experience yet, Benarous could be one that makes the breakthrough at Ashton Gate when he is ready.
