Attention at Villa Park will firmly be on the promotion race, with Aston Villa well in contention.

There are two fixtures of the regular season remaining in the Sky Bet Championship, with Steve Bruce’s side sitting fourth.

Play-off football is already guaranteed for Villa next month, and although there is an outside chance of automatic promotion, the play-offs look their most likely route back towards the Premier League.

Bruce has kept faith with a select group of players at Villa Park this season, which has worked, with that core putting Villa in a tremendous position ahead of May.

Whatever happens between now and the end of the season, Villa will make changes in personnel in the summer, with some of those not used by Bruce sure to be heading for the exit door.

With that in mind, we take a look at THREE players we are expecting to see depart…

Injuries have plagued Agbonlahor’s season, but you doubt how much he’d have been involved under Bruce.

The experienced forward has been a good servant at Villa Park, but the summer feels like the right time for the two parties to go their separate ways.

Like Agbonlahor, McCormack is another striker on the fringe at Villa Park.

McCormack and Bruce don’t see eye to eye, and it is hard to imagine that the Scot will be around next season.

The chances are that we’ve seen the last of McCormack in claret and blue.

Onomah has featured regularly this season, but mainly as a sub.

The on-loan Spurs star has had some good moments, but they’ve not come regularly enough and Villa are unlikely to make a permanent move for the midfielder.

If Premier League football is achieved, things might change, but how things currently stand, Onomah will be on his way back to North London.
