In recent times, Nottingham Forest fans have had little to shout about.

Struggling at the bottom end of the table with only four wins to their name, supporters will be hoping for better times soon.

Despite the Reds failing to keep a clean sheet this season, scoring goals has not been much of a problem for Philippe Montanier's side.

If the East Midlands club can sort out their defence, the Forest faithful may have many more memorable moments and goals to savour like they have done in the past.

Some of the goals scored in the famous Garibaldi shirt will never be forgotten, such as Ben Osborn's stunning late winner away at Derby, or Lewis McGugan's breathtaking free kick against Ipswich Town, arguably one of the best ever goals in the Championship.

Though there are some goals that supporters will have probably forgotten about.

Forest fans have seen some truly wonderful goals in recent seasons and here are THREE that you have probably forgotten about...

Matt Derbyshire vs Leeds United

There were seven minutes to go at the City Ground, Leeds United had just equalised to make it 1-1, then substitute Matt Derbyshire smashed an emphatic strike into the top left hand corner to give the Reds the lead once again.

Thrown on by former Reds boss Billy Davies, Derbyshire scored one of the goals of the season 2013/14 season with this stunning effort to give Forest a big win over Leeds.

Simon Cox vs Birmingham City

Unfortunately for Simox Cox, this was arguably his best moment in a Forest shirt.

When Lewis McGugan sent a terrific long ball forwards that reached Cox, the former Republic of Ireland international pulled it out of the air exquisitely before lofting a delicate chip over the goalkeeper with his second touch.

The game finished 2-2 with Cox starting the fight back with this wonder goal, that was deservedly awarded goal of the season.

Nathan Tyson v Man City

There could have been a number of goals in this top three that have not been included, but Nathan Tyson's goal against Manchester City in the third round of the FA Cup has to be included.

With new manager Billy Davies watching from the stands, he saw his new side put on a show when they defeated the Manchester club 0-3 away from home.

Tyson's volley was certainly the pick of the bunch, as he smashed in a superb volley, past the current England number one Joe Hart, from the edge of the box.

A fantastic goal on a memorable night for the club.
