Despite enduring somewhat of a barren spell in the Championship of late, Norwich City remain part of the front-runners in this season's Championship.

Led by Alex Neil, the Canaries had enjoyed a flying start to the season but three consecutive defeats in the league have left them a little deflated.

Preston, Brighton and Leeds have all beaten the Canaries in recent weeks and if there is one team in the division that could do with a win, its them.

But in this article, we want to look at some of the brighter times we've seen in Norwich City history and at some of the cracking goals we've seen over the years.

There have been some truly memorable strikes scored by those wearing the yellow and green of Norwich and we want to bring a trio of them to your attention.

So with that in mind, here's THREE amazing Norwich City goals you've probably forgotten about...

Darren Huckerby

Norwich City legend Darren Huckerby quite simply had to appear in our top-three somewhere along the line and we've gone with his strike against Birmingham City as one of our favourites.

It was during a league win back in 2007, which thanks to this terrific solo effort, ensured the Canaries won the game 1-0.

He took it round a number of Blues players before rifling home to give his side the win. Lovely stuff.

Youssef Safri

Moroccan international Youssef Safri had a three-year spell at Carrow Road between 2004 and 2007 and he came became a real fans favourite during his time there.

But what he's perhaps best remembered for is this thunderbolt of a strike against Newcastle United, which some Norwich fans still to this day claim is the best goal scored at the club.

Little needs to be said, rather watch and enjoy.

Jeremy Goss

We're rolling back the years with our third and final choice and it comes from Jeremy Goss, who scored this wonder-goal in Norwich's game against Leeds United back in 1993.

In-front of the Elland Road faithful, without even hesitating, Goss hit it first time and it flew past the Whites goalkeeper.

A lovely goal that perhaps doesn't get as much credit as it is due.
