Barnsley moved out of the relegation zone with a massive win against relegation rivals Birmingham City on Saturday, which was Jose Morais' first taste of victory as the Tykes boss.

A first-half brace from on-loan Swansea man Oli McBurnie was enought to secure a comfortable 2-0 win at St. Andrew's for the Yorkshire side.

McBurnie even missed a penalty and a sitter in what was a dominant 45 minutes from the visitors.

And, they're back in action on Tuesday night, with another crunch clash against Hull City.

The Tigers are one place and one point above Barnsley and will go into the game confident themselves after an important win last time out against Sheffield United.

This fixture is a game in hand for both sides and Morais knows that a second successive win will create a four-point cushion for his side over Birmingham who occupy the final relegation position.

Given the performance on Saturday, changes are expected to be minimal and here we look at the XI Morais needs to play at the KCOM Stadium...

The keeper has come in for the past four games and kept his first clean sheet at Birmingham which will have boosted his confidence.

Yiadom has proven himself to be a very good player at this level and will love to bomb forward to provide width given the narrow way the front three play.

Jackson returned to the side for his first game since October on Saturday and produced a huge display. Whilst two games in four days might not be ideal, Morais will want to keep the defender in.

In the only change from the win in the West Midlands, £270k-rated Pinillos should return from illness at the expense of Zeki Fryers.

The former Forest man has more quality on the ball and will be first-choice for the remainder of the season.

The former Blackpool man put in a real shift on Saturday and Barnsley will need more of the same in what will be a competitive clash.

Williams has only missed four games this season, all through suspension. That highlights his importance and he will be in from the off again against Hull.

Fans were perhaps surprised to see Gardner play at the weekend, but he put in a fine performance and warrants another inclusion.

Thiam looked a huge threat on Saturday, with the front three causing Blues all sort of problems.

Morais will want a smiliar performance from the powerful player against Hull.

The big striker may not have scored for the Tykes yet but he is a real handful. As mentioned, the front three were superb at the weekend, linking up well and Moore's aerial ability was key to that.

The man of the moment simply has to start.

McBurnie was the match winner for Barnsley and is a real goalscoring threat. Probably the first name on the teamsheet.
