Charlton Athletic have a superb chance to send a very late message to the rest of the candidates for automatic promotion in League One.

They host leaders Luton Town this weekend and as they're unbeaten at the Valley since October, they have every chance of ending the Hatters own streak.

If the Addicks can plot a way through and pick up a win, it will give them a big boost in the final few matches. They're four points outside the top two, but Sunderland do have a game in hand.

There's a real belief at the Valley that they might be able to pull off the win and maybe, just maybe sneak into the Championship when everyone else is distracted.

If they're going to do so, we fancy this XI to be the one that upsets the Hatters.

Lee Bowyer hasn't been afraid to chop and change his side as needed this season, as shown this week when he dropped Naby Sarr for Jason Pearce. Pearce grabbed the only goal of the game against Wycombe and will keep his place alongside Patrick Bauer.

Dillon Phillips has been excellent in goal and both Ben Purrington and Anfernee Dijksteel will play at full back. Dijksteel is a real talent and at just 22-years-old, has a big future ahead of him.

With Krystian Bielik out, Bowyer will likely go for a 4-3-3 formation. Joe Aribo and Josh Cullen are sure to start, both have match-winning ability and can turn a game on it's head. We think Ben Reeves will make up the midfield trio over Darren Prattley.

Lyle Taylor will definitely lead the line and it's widely expected Igor Vetokele will also have a role to play. Johnny Williams missed out this week against Wycombe as George Lapslie played, but if Williams is fit we expect him to come back into the side.
