Norwich City displayed yet another huge dose of character on Boxing Day, as Daniel Farke's men salvaged a heroic point against Nottingham Forest.

The Canaries found themselves 3-0 down to a rampant Forest side after 77 minutes, but after late, late goals against Millwall and Bolton Wanderers earlier on in the campaign, there was still belief flowing around Carrow Road with under 15 minutes to play.

Mario Vrancic sparked belief in the Canaries, before substitute Onel Hernandez netted a quickfire brace in stoppage time to clinch an invaluable point against the Reds.

But there is no time to rest for Daniel Farke's men, as another promotion rival travels to Norfolk this weekend in the form of Derby County.

Norwich will be looking to cement their position at the top end of the Sky Bet Championship table - the Canaries sit second in the league, three points clear of West Bromwich Albion in third place.

With so many games to be played in such a short amount of time, here, we take a look at the Norwich XI that Farke should look to field against Derby this weekend...

Krul will be looking to get back to his best after conceding three goals at the weekend, but should undoubtedly keep his place in the Norwich side this weekend.

Aarons has emerged as one of the division's brightest stars this season, and he will be massively integral for Norwich going forward.

The 20-year-old looks likely to keep his place in the team this weekend.

Norwich will be relying on their rock-hard defender to shore up their defence, and get them back on track after a few shaky performances of late.

Lewis is an injury doubt for the clash with Derby after picking up a hamstring problem.

There are many potential options for the vacant role at left-back, however, midfielder Marco Stiepermann could look to replace Lewis, after featuring there on more than one occasion last term.

Tettey should be in the starting XI once again this weekend after a string of solid performances.

Vrancic will be looking to nail down his place in the team, after kickstarting Norwich's comeback with a 77th minute strike against Forest.

This should be a straightforward decision for Farke. Emi Buendia was taken off with injury on Boxing Day, and his replacement, Onel Hernandez, came on to net two goals in stoppage time to salvage a last-gasp point for the Canaries.

With star-man Moritz Leitner out until the end of January, there is a massive dilemma for Farke here.

With Stiepermann potentially moving back to left-back, Teemu Pukki could move to attacking midfield, where he has featured on more than one occasion this term.

Cantwell has been another fine young player for Norwich this season, and deserves to keep his place in the side this weekend.

Jordan Rhodes will look to cause Derby's defence some real problems this weekend, and look to get back on the scoresheet as he looks to return to the starting eleven.
