It's a big day for Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, as they host Leeds United at Hillsborough in a Yorkshire derby that could be crucial at the top of the Championship table.

Garry Monk's side go into the game third in the second-tier standings, one point and one place behind their visitors, and the Owls could go top of the table if they win by more than two goals at Saturday lunchtime, ahead of the rest of the division's fixtures later in the game.

Leeds' own strong position however, means that they too will be targeting the Championship summit on Saturday, which sets this up to be an intriguing encounter at Hillsborough.

With that in mind, we've taken a look at the side Monk could name in order to give Wednesday the best possible chance of coming away with the three points on Saturday.

Considering Leeds have scored just five goals in their last six league games, we imagine Monk could name an attack-minded lineup on Saturday, which could be set-up in a 4-4-2 formation, with some personnel changes also taking place.

One of those alterations could come in goal, where Keiren Westwood is fit to return in place of Cameron Dawson after missing two games from injury, with the nature of this encounter meaning the experienced Irishman's step back into the side could prove to be perfectly timed.

In front of Westwood, Tom Lees' continued absence through injury means that Dominic Iorfa should once again partner the ever-present Julian Borner in the centre of defence, with Morgan Fox and Liam Palmer in the full-back positions.

Having overcome a knock that forced him off early in the second half of Wednesday's 1-0 win over Stoke on Tuesday, the Owls' match-winner against the Potters: Massimo Luongo, should be confident of continuing his run of starts in the middle of the park for Wednesday alongside Barry Bannan, while Kadeem Harris and Adam Reach - who have featured in every league game this season - should also start.

Upfront, with Wednesday potentially bringing in another striker to partner top scorer Steven Fletcher in order to exploit Leeds' own struggles in front of goal, we expect that man to be the dangerous Fernando Forestieri - who made his first appearance since a six-match ban when he came off the bench in the win over Stoke.

The addition of that extra man up top meaning that holding midfielder Sam Hutchinson could be forced to drop out as Wednesday go in search of more than just bragging rights against their Yorkshire rivals.
