Barnsley have a great opportunity to secure a psychological advantage tomorrow, as they host Shrewsbury before Sunderland play Doncaster.

Both sides are at home, but the Tykes can open up a five point gap before Sunderland kick off. They will have played two matches more, but it ramps up the pressure ahead of the Black Cats' game.

The League One promotion race has been thrilling and it's not over yet. Barnsley have been in and out of the top two this season but their resounding win against Fleetwood, overshadowed by events after the game, gave them a big lift once more.

They're largely injury free, bar the obvious absence of Kieffer Moore. So, how do we think Daniel Stendel should set up tomorrow?

They're going to be largely unchanged from the weekend, having scored four at home and looked comfortable in doing so. Cauley Woodrow was amongst the goals and he'll lead the line once more, picking up the responsibility for the attacking threat.

What will have fired the Tykes up is the strikes from their other attacking players. Mike Bahre picked up a start and a goal and he's sure to keep his place in the side, along with Jacob Brown and Mamadou Thiam. The four will pose a substantial problem, although Shrewsbury have conceded 31 on their travels, fewer than top-six side Doncaster.

The central midfield pairing picks itself, as do the two centre backs. Any successful side has a reliable and consistent spine and in Pinnock and Lindsay, McGeehan and Mowatt, Barnsley have that in abundance.

Dani Pinillos returned to the side recently and he'll keep Dimitri Cavare out of the side, which is perhaps the only decision that will be troubling Daniel Stendel.
