Aitor Karanka has signed no less than ten players this summer, and has not ruled out more.

The Forest boss will be running the rule over his new players ahead of their season opener away to Bristol City on August 4.

Forest had a mediocre mid-table season despite some decent investment as Karanka inherited a faltering side.

Having had a full pre-season under his belt and the funds to mould a squad of his choice, the Spanish coach has done just that.

There has been an influx of players at the Championship side, with more yet to come.

With so many new additions in the space of one transfer window, there are likely to be casualties.

Here are three players likely to find themselves on the way out of the City Ground ahead of the new season.

The winger was taking the Championship by storm at the start of last season.

Fast forward a year, which is an eternity in football, and the 23-year-old looks set to leave the City Ground.

Since Aitor Karanka’s arrival the former Rangers man has found playing time limited.

Ipswich have been linked with the winger in recent weeks who has fallen down the pecking order at Forest.

And with an influx of new signings about, McKay’s future is in doubt.

Expect the winger to be playing elsewhere this season.

The defender is surplus to requirements at Forsest with manager Karanka hoping he finds a ‘good move’ away.

Karanaka’s focus is preparing the current squad for the new season and the former Chelsea man does not feature in those plans.

The 30-year-old had been in talks with a Turkish side but the deal collapsed after Mancienne rejected the move.

Having fallen out of favour with the City Ground supremo, the defender will certainly be heading out the exit door at Forest this summer.

The right-back will be in competition with Sam Byram next season, should the defender join from West Ham as it has been reported by the Nottingham Post.

Darikwa will know Byram will be coming in ahead of him, despire playing 30 games for Forest last term.

West Ham's defender is two years younger than the current Forest man, and only made eight Premier League appearances last term for the hammers.

Dariwka, formerly of Burnley, could well be axed as the Karanka revolution rumbles on and the rebuild continues.
