Marcelo Bielsa and his Leeds United side head to the Hawthorns this weekend to take on West Bromwich Albion in what is shaping up into a big fixture in the Championship’s promotion race.

Leeds are currently five points better off than Albion, with Darren Moore’s side struggling lately, losing three of their last four.

The Whites will head to the Midlands full of confidence, having picked up seven points from the last nine that has been available to them.

Team news has emerged ahead of Saturday, with Bielsa set to have the same squad available to him that defeated Wigan Athletic last weekend.

Patrick Bamford, Gaetano Berardi, Luke Ayling and Izzy Brown, who are all long-term absentees at Elland Road, are the only players unavailable for the trip to the Hawthorns.

Following that update, we take a look at the defensive unit we are expecting Bielsa to turn to against West Brom…

Peacock-Farrell had a few shaky moments at Wigan last weekend, but a change is unlikely.

Dallas will continue on the right with Ayling on the sidelines.

He will have to be at his best against a good attacking side.

West Brom are likely to line-up in their usual 3-4-1-2 formation, which will mean 22-year-old Phillips features as a centre-back.

Jansson will continue at the heart of defence, where he has impressed recently.

Cooper will captain Leeds from centre-back as he has done for most of the season.

Douglas returned at Wigan and showed his class down the left.

The 3-3-1-3 system allows him to get forward, which is where he can really excel and hurt the opposition with his passing.
