Birmingham City will be looking for a third consecutive win when they host Bristol City at St. Andrew's this afternoon.

Garry Monk's men have bounced back superbly from their derby defeat to Aston Villa at the end of last month, recording back-to-back wins and keeping two clean sheets in the process.

It means that Blues are just four points from the play-offs going into the clash against the inconsistent Robins and it's a game the hosts will expect to win.

However, Lee Johnson's side can be a match for anyone in the division on their day and Monk will be keen to ensure his players are not complacent.

Following their recent impressive form, we don't expect many changes from the former Leeds boss although he could be tempted to bring in one man.

Here we look at the XI we think Monk should go with this afternoon...

Camp has been a regular since joining and has improved. He is sure to start again against Bristol City.

The Blues back four picks itself at the moment, with the reliable Colin a good option at full-back.

Morrison has been an ever-present this season and will hope to dominate the Robins forwards.

His partner will be former Brentford man Dean who has impressed during this campaign.

The summer signing has featured in every Championship fixture this season and will start again today.

The only change from the win against Preston should see Jota start.

Connor Mahoney has done well in the Spaniard's absence but Jota brings extra creativity and class to the side and is a key man in the squad.

Therefore, even though it's harsh, he should start with Mahoney coming off the bench.

Kieftenbeld is a strong, competitive midfielder and will look to get at the opposition with an aggressive approach to the game.

Gardner is similarly energetic and is given more license to get forward.

Maghoma provides the side with real pace down the flank which can help stretch the game for Blues.

The former Sheffield United man has been outstanding this season and will want to add to his nine goals for the season.

The target man is crucial in the direct way Blues play and will look to bring others into play as well as providing a goal threat.
