Darren Moore will certainly be pleased with West Brom's start to the season, as the Baggies are well in the hunt for an immediate return to the Premier League following last years relegation.

West Brom are currently sat 4th in the Championship table and they are justifying their pre-season promotion credentials this season.

Their nine match unbeaten run came to an end on New Years Day as they were narrowly beaten 2-1 by Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.

The likes of Harvey Barnes, Dwight Gayle and Craig Dawson have impressed in this years campaign, but there has been a lack of rotation in the Baggies starting XI due to this good run of form.

So there are likely to be a number of players heading for the exit door this month, with a lack of game time being the main reason as to why we are likely to see players depart.

But which players could be heading out on loan from West Brom?

Find out here....

Burke has rarely featured for West Brom this season, much to the surprise of many Baggies supporters.

The youngster hasn't been named in the matchday squad on a number of occasions and with the potential he has, West Brom will surely be looking to loan the winger out at the earliest of opportunities.

Harper has only made one league appearance for West Brom this season and he is likely to be eyeing a loan move away from The Hawthorns in the near future.

He's only 18-years-old and could definitely benefit from a move to a League One club in January.

If he can impress on loan, he could play a starring role in West Brom's future.

Field has been kept out of the starting XI due to the good form shown by Jake Livermore and James Morrison.

At the age of 20, he is far too good of an option to be sat on the substitutes bench for the remainder of the season.

If Field is wanting to develop in the early stages of his professional career, then he'll surely be tempted to move elsewhere on loan.
