West Bromwich Albion nearly have all the ingredients to mount a serious promotion push this season.

The summer transfer business has been impressive at The Hawthorns this summer with their transfer policy being quality over quantity.

Darren Moore has brought in Sam Johnstone to replace Ben Foster, which is a brilliant signing for this level.

And he followed it up with another terrific piece of business, signing Kyle Bartley on a permanent deal.

Promotion has to be the goal for the Baggies and Moore is slowly but surely building his squad.

But with a fairly light squad as it is and more players expected to follow the likes of Foster and Jonny Evans out the exit door at West Brom, more signings are needed.

Here are three serious marquee signings which could see West Brom reach the next level and seriously push for promotion next term.

After signing Bartley, West Brom's defence has been bolstered but Ahmed Hegazi and Craig Dawson could also leave.

In this case, another centre-half is needed and Moore is relatively young and already a proven quality defender in the second tier.

If West Brom are after goals, then they should re-sign former man Vydra.

The Czech Republic international plays predominantly as a number 10, just behind the striker, and his tally of 21 goals in the Championship last year earned him the golden boot.

West Brom will also need someone to lead the line if Salomon Rondon leaves.

25-year-old Assombalonga, who scored 15 goals for Middlesbrough last term, would be an ideal choice as he is relatively young and a proven goal scorer at this level.
