After Aleksandar Mitrovic's hat-trick sealed victory for Fulham last night against Luton, it is perhaps understandable that many inside Craven Cottage blew a huge sigh of relief after seeing the Whites bounce back from their surprise defeat to Stoke City last night.

The big Serb's hattrick took his goal scoring tally to 11 for the season for Scott Parker's side after what has been a rocky couple of weeks for the Cottagers, who have now slipped down to seventh place after a mixed bag of results in the last few games.

One player who was certainly delighted with the victory last night was left full-back Joe Bryan, who took to Instagram to comment on his side's performance by simply stating the following:

It was a good performance for the 2018 summer arrival from Bristol City, with the full back laying on a superb assist for Mitrovic's third of the evening.

The Verdict

It was certainly another positive performance for Bryan from an attacking point of view, with the 26-year-old defender taking his season's contribution up to one goal and three assists in his first 13 games for the club this season.

The former Bristol City man has seemingly put a frustrating Premier League campaign from last season to the back of his mind as he looks to help his side bounce back to the top flight at the first attempt following their disastrous showing last term.

Bryan is obviously well proven at this level with the 26-year-old having appeared in over 150 Championship games throughout his career, underlining his importance to the cause for the west Londoners promotion prospects this term.

It'll be interesting to see if Bryan can continue his early creativity throughout the duration of the season with the full back having created more goals already this season than he did in the whole of the last campaign.
