West Brom announced the surprise sacking of Darren Moore after they were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw with relegation-threatened, Ipswich Town at the weekend.

Moore took charge of the Baggies last season and looked like he would be the man to take them back into the Premier League at the first time of asking.

But a poor run of results has ultimately seen him dismissed from the managerial post at a crucial stage of the season.

They'll have to dust themselves down and go again and not let results affect them, in a make or break point of this year's league campaign.

Moore had his favourites in the West Brom side and was reluctant to change his starting XI for the majority of this season unless it was necessary.

With More departing, there will be players that will be fearing for their starting spot going forward now.

But which two players will be delighted with his shock dismissal?

Find out below....

Kyle Bartley

Many eyebrows would have been raised to see Bartley struggling for regular game time.

On his day, he is one of the best defenders in the Championship, and his talent has been wasted with the Baggies this season.

He has a point to prove and will be hoping to get a consistent number of games under his belt for the remainder of this year's league campaign.

James Morrison

Morrison's hard work often goes unnoticed, but he'll certainly be disappointed with his lack of starts in their league campaign this season.

He has made just nine league starts and is being kept out of the side by the likes of Jake Livermore and Gareth Barry at the moment.

Morrison deserves a chance, and could be given that, now that Moore has left the club.
