West Bromwich Albion will be hoping to return to the top of the Sky Bet Championship table tonight, as they prepare to take on Preston North End at Deepdale.

The Baggies dropped down to second without even kicking a ball at the weekend, with promotion rivals Leeds United winning 4-0 at home to Middlesbrough.

But Slaven Bilic's side travel to Lancashire having won their last four games, and they will be hoping to make it five wins in five matches tonight.

It's likely to be a tough test for Albion, though. Preston sat top of the league standings this time last month, but two straight defeats have seen them drop down to sixth spot.

They a force to be reckoned with on their home turf and are yet to lose at Deepdale thus far this term, so the Baggies will have to replicate the same level of performance they produced against Bristol City last time out.

Can you get 18 out of 18 on this West Brom quiz?

After a 4-1 victory over the Robins, there is very little for Bilic to change and it is likely that he will field an unchanged team, but here, we take a look at two tweaks to his starting line-up that he should consider making...

Austin in for Robson-Kanu

Both Hal Robson-Kanu and Charlie Austin got on the scoresheet against Bristol City, but plenty have called for the latter to start tonight.

The former Southampton man has scored two goals in his last two games, and is finally starting to find his feet in front of goal and find some form.

He possesses a real physical prowess and puts himself about slightly better than Robson-Kanu does, and against two physical, commanding defenders in Patrick Bauer and Ben Davies, he could be the better option.

Furlong in for Ferguson

Again, if Ferguson was to start ahead of Furlong then it would still be a smart move, but the latter could be a good option for the Baggies tonight.

Preston have plenty of pace and threats on the flanks, especially down the left-hand side through Sean Maguire and Tom Barkhuizen.

Whilst Ferguson is getting better and better defensively, Furlong is slightly more experienced and may be able to handle with the pace of the wingers better than Ferguson would do.
