Millwall have been on a brilliant resurgence since Gary Rowett has taken over at the club, and it looks as though they'll be fighting for promotion.

The Lions have been on a superb run since the new manager came in, and on Saturday managed to beat an in-form Reading side comfortably at The Den.

Now, they have to decide whether they need any more new recruitments to their squad ahead of what could be some crucial months for the club.

Here are TWO transfer deals Millwall could realistically complete by the end of the week...

Bartosz Bialkowski (permanent)

The goalkeeper is currently on loan at the club and has been in sensational form so far in the current campaign. He's a very good goalkeeper for this level, and it always helps having someone in net who the defenders feel comfortable around.

Bialkowski has been linked with a permanent move to The Den, but it's whether Ipswich can agree fee with Millwall. The Tractor Boys clearly don't see a future for the Polish keeper at their club, so it could well be time for them to part ways and allow him to settle down somewhere in his later years of his career.

Mason Bennett

Millwall have been linked with the Derby County forward, and it would be no surprise whatsoever to see this transfer happen especially as Gary Rowett worked with the 23-year-old during his time at Pride Park. He's still got potential but hasn't done it on a regular occurrence and after everything that went on earlier in the year, maybe it's time for new surroundings.

He's got good finishing and a good work-rate but he's not being played very often under Phillip Cocu and it looks as though his best route to playing more regularly would be to move clubs. This is certainly one that could materialise in the coming days.
