This weekend sees the last round of Championship fixtures before the final international break of the calendar year.

Matchday 17 will see the 24 second-tier sides battle it out once more before the two-week break to facilitate the final round of UEFA Nations League fixtures in the group stages as well as several international friendlies.

Neil Harris’ men fell to defeat last weekend after two consecutive wins and dropped to 19th in the division - just one point above the relegation zone.

Millwall have lost just two of their last six but remain in trouble at the foot of the table and travel to Norwich City this weekend to take on an in-form Canaries side.

The fact there is one game left before a two-week break, it could be considered as a free hit for many sides, even with three points to fight for to try something out ahead of the international fixtures.

With that said, here are two things Harris must trial for Millwall in the final fixture before the international break.

Millwall are a rigid 4-4-2 side, Neil Harris has said it time and time again, but when the Lions are chasing a game, the formation is shifted to a 3-4-3.

Against Norwich this weekend, who play a 4-2-3-1 formation, they will have an extra man in midfield.

If Harris changes the formation, he will be able to match them in the middle with the third striker, as such, able to drop into the middle when needed.

It might give the Lions a different outlet and allow them to provide much needed minutes to Tom Bradshaw.

It is a free hit for Millwall this weekend, as they are not expected to win against Daniel Farke’s in-form side.

Since his arrival at Millwall, Tom Bradshaw has made most of his appearances from the bench and usually only for ten or 15 minutes.

He has hardly been able to get involved let alone have a shot on goal in that time.

With Lee Gregory playing well he will not be dropped, and Tom Elliott and Steve Morison compete for the other place.

If Harris does change the formation, it would give the striker the chance to start and look to show his worth.

There will be no harm in starting Bradshaw ahead of the international break as Millwall aren’t expected to get anything from the game.
