Marcelo Bielsa watched on yesterday as his Leeds side were dismantled at the Hawthorns by a rampant West Brom team.

It was simply put, a bad day at the office for Bielsa and his troops, and he will be keen to not see anything like this again in the near future.

The defeat was a bitter blow for the Whites, and proved that despite all the plaudits they have been getting this term, that there is still plenty of work to be done in terms of getting to the point where they can be genuine title contenders.

Indeed, yesterday highlighted more than just one issue which Bielsa might have to address, and we at FLW think that the international break gives Bielsa the perfect opporunity to address such problems.

With that in mind, here's a look at TWO things Bielsa must address in his Leeds side following their heavy defeat yesterday...

The goalkeeping situation

Once again Bailey Peacock-Farrell made big mistakes, especially on the second goal, and Bielsa now has a big decision to make going forward.

Jamal Blackman is waiting in the wings, and the Chelsea loanee is a fine stopper in his own right, as he proved at Sheffield United last term.

It's a tricky one for Bielsa. If he drops Peacock-Farrell, it might destroy his confidence, but then again, how long can a promotion contender tolerate such mistakes?

Have a plan B

While Bielsa's style of play is admirable and has delivered some superb displays so far this term, there has to be another option at times.

Despite all their possession, Leeds couldn't find a way to have any sort of impact on the West Brom backline, and this will worry the Leeds manager.

Good football is all well and good, but sometimes results need grinding out, and Bielsa might well need to look at what he can do if his masterplan isn't working.
