After an average start to the season, Fulham sit 14th in the Sky Bet Championship table, and will be looking to move up the league given the quality they have in their side.

One problem Fulham have is scoring goals - they have only scored 10 so far this season, which is the third lowest in the league.

This will be a concern for Slavisa Jokanovic, as he prides himself on the attacking threat his teams possess.

After losing Ross McCormack in the summer, the goals have dried up for Fulham, and they only have two recognised strikers in Sone Aluko and Matt Smith, neither of which are prolific goal scorers.

To start to move up the table, Fulham will needs to find another source of goals, so FootballLeagueWorld writer Chris Wilson identifies TWO forwards that Jokanovic should look to bring in during January...

Matty Taylor

Taylor

The Bristol Rovers front man has been free scoring for the last two years and already has six goals to his name this season.

Taylor has proved he can score in League One, and he may be ready to take the step up to the Championship.

Fulham are in need of someone who can score regularly and help them climb the table, and Taylor could be that man.

With plenty of creativity in midfield, with the likes of Tom Cairney, Taylor wouldn't be short of chances during the game and, as he's proven over the last two years, he knows where the net is.

Fraizer Campbell

The Crystal Palace striker is out of favour at the moment and behind Christian Benteke and Connor Wickham in the pecking order.

Barring an injury crisis, Campbell will rarely feature for Palace.

In 36 Championship appearances, Campbell scored 21 goals, giving him a goal ratio up there with the top strikers in the division.

With his blistering pace, he would strike fear into his opponents, and could be a similar type of player to the likes of Andre Gray last season.

Campbell would probably jump at the opportunity to play regular football.
