Queens Park Rangers travel to Nottingham Forest in the Championship this weekend.

Mark Warburton will be pleased with how his team reacted against Stoke City last time out - two goals down within half-an-hour, his side scored four in the remaining hour to claim an impressive 4-2 win.

It was their first in four league games and has QPR 11-points clear of 22nd-place Wigan Athletic, and it holds them in good stead going to the City Ground to face a Forest side who've won only one in four themselves.

QPR will no doubt be expecting a tough afternoon against the promotion-chasing Forest, and here we take a look at two selection changes that Warburton maybe be considering for the match:

Angel Rangel out - Todd Kane in

QPR have named an unchanged side in their last two outings. Angel Rangel started both having not featured all year, and whilst be performed well the 37-year-old may be sitting this next one on the bench.

Forest have a lot of fire power up-front and Rangel will be the first to admit he's lost a touch of pace, so expect to see Todd Kane return to the fold.

The ex-Chelsea man joined for free in the summer and has proved a useful signing, with 24 Championship appearances to his name. He's a versatile full-back and can offer as much going forward as he does going back, and Warburton has favoured him in that right-back position for much of the season.

On Saturday, Kane will likely have Tiago Silva to deal with on Forest's left-flank - his trickery will put Kane to the test, and a good performance should see him go on a run in the starting eleven.

March Pugh out - Olamide Shodipo in

Pugh, 32, has now featured in QPR's last seven games, starting the last two. He went relatively unused up until Christmas but has since become an important player, with a Man of the Match performance v Swansea, and another solid effort against Stoke.

But expect some fresh legs to come back into the side against Forest. Ilias Chair would be the natural replacement in that midfield-three behind the striker, but with Ebere Eze now featuring in the middle, Warburton may go for someone like Olamide Shodipo on the left.

Chair could well be selected for that left-flank, but Shodipo could be a more exciting and suitable options, and after netting in the U23's victory over top-of-the-table Watford in midweek, could be granted his first start under Warburton.

It'd be wrong to move Eze back out onto the flank - he's played there a lot this season and when he does he's a lot less involved in the game. Despite Chair's qualities he might be better utilised coming off the bench against Forest, as he did against Stoke where he ended up scoring QPR's fourth.
