Queens Park Rangers have had a mixed season.
From conceding five at Barnsley to beating Leeds United to nil, QPR's season has consisted of enough ups and down, and plenty of mixed reviews.
Mark Warburton came in over the summer and oversaw a complete re-haul of the club. There's been over 40 ins and outs since his appointment, with a lot of newcomers impressing, and some not so much.
Here we take a look at two QPR players who need to up their game in the final months of the season:
Geoff Cameron
The American is a well-liked member of the QPR team, and arguably the most experienced of the bunch having represented the United Sates at the 2014 World Cup, and Stoke City in the Premier League.
But six years on from that tournament in Brazil, and Cameron is struggling to compete in the Championship. At 34-years-old he'll soon be nearing the end his career, and he may be thinking about a return to his homeland before he does so. But his struggle this season has become more evident of late.
Warburton likes Cameron. He's played 24 times in the Championship this season and he's proved a useful player filling in all across the back-line and in midfield too.
Cameron though, particularly in the game against Swansea earlier this month, looked a touch off the pace. He's making a lot of sloppy passes and losing possession inside his own-half too much - the club may well have been preparing to extend his contract which is out in the summer, but after his performances since New Year, that may well change.
Luke Amos
The 22-year-old looked to be QPR's signing of the summer. He was hugely impressive in pre-season and he was set to be the standout player, but Amos has proved inconsistent, and has sat out the last two games on the bench.
He suffered an unlucky injury in the first-half of the season which set him back, having missed ten of QPR's league games throughout the course of the campaign. At times he's shown why he's held in high-regards at parent-club Tottenham but with QPR he's been blowing hot and cold, and looks like he's lost his spot in the starting line-up for now.

Many fans would've loved to see him make his move permanent this summer, and with Ebere Eze a persistent target of Spurs' it looked like a potential swap plus cash deal could've been on the cards.
If Amos though is to earn his spot back, and get the fans asking for his permanent transfer again he really needs to crack on the final few months of the season, and show them why he deserves a move to QPR.
