Massimo Cellino: you either love him or you hate him. Admittedly most people, especially Leeds fans, hate him. Still, there are a few lunatics out there who just can't help but love the enigmatic Italian.

The 59-year old has somewhat of an itchy trigger finger, with the club having fired 46 managers in 25 years.

The amazing stats continue, with a glorious tidbit revealing recently that since Jack Wilshere last completed 90 minutes for Arsenal, the Italian has fired 6 managers.

Although Garry Monk stated that he isn't fearful of Cellino, the former Swansea City coach would perhaps be foolish not to.

The Whites have been stuck in a rut of late, with mid-table obscurity the case for seasons on end, and a return to the Premier League looking a million miles away.

Leeds fans are running out of patience, and the 'Time to go Massimo' campaign has been picking up momentum.

Considering all of this, here are 2 pros and 2 cons to having the looming figure of Massimo Cellino at Elland Road.

Massimo Cellino

Pro 1 - Unpredictability - One thing that you cannot accuse Cellino of is unpredictability. The Italian always manages to find a way to come out with something even more ludicrous than what he said before.

No manager is safe, no matter how good a job they have done, and Steve Evans essentially got sacked twice, with the club's Twitter account announcing he had been sacked, though that wasn't the case.

With Cellino, it's always going to be a rollercoaster ride.

Pro 2 - No self-consciousness

Another thing you can at least respect Cellino for is not caring what other people think.

You can imagine that most people would be phased or offended by thousands of angry fans, especially Leeds fans, chanting for you to get out.

Not Massimo Cellino though. His wide grin tells the tale of a man who couldn't care less what other people think.

Con 1 - He's a lunatic

The Italian has survived several attempts from the Football League and Leeds fans to 'dethrone him' but has somehow come out in one piece,

With no intention of calming down in the slightest, Cellino has and will sack a manager at the slightest hint of a downturn in form.

He even tried to ban Sky Sports from entering the stadium to broadcast a live game earlier in the season.

The guy is an absolute nut-case.

Con 2 - He is killing the identity of Leeds United

Believe it or not, Leeds United were once a very reputable and successful club, and one with a very distinct and proud history.

Once upon a time, when you thought of Leeds, you thought of a well-run, successful club, but now the picture is vastly different.

Cellino has cast a black cloud over the football club, and he is quickly killing the club's reputation.
