Leeds United are still in a very strong position in the Championship despite their heavy defeat to promotion rivals West Brom last time out.

The 4-1 defeat was a clear reminder that the Whites are short in key areas and that Marcelo Bielsa will need additions in January if his side are to last the distance.

And, reports today have linked the Yorkshire outfit with Kadeem Harris, Cardiff's quick winger.

The 25-year-old is out of contract in the summer and even though he forced his way into Neil Warnock's side in the win over Brighton last time out, he hasn't featured much in the past 18 months.

Therefore, he may consider a move away in the New Year, but is he what Leeds need?

Here we look at TWO other top-flight wingers that would make a bigger impact at Elland Road...

The Huddersfield man isn't a regular under David Wagner and could be open to a move in January.

Even though he is frustrating, van La Parra has a lot of quality and his pace and direct style could bring a different dimension to this Leeds attack.

With his skill and creativity, he is a player that Bielsa would surely love to work with and he could take his game up a level.

This would obviously be an ambitious move, but it could happen.

Firstly, Markovic's contract at Liverpool is up in the summer, so he isn't going to leave on a permanent basis, instead keeping his options open when he will be a free agent.

However, he won't be getting games at Anfield and will want to play before the season is up, and the chance to work with Bielsa could get him game time and put him in the shop window.

The Serbian cost the Reds £20m and he did look a class act at Benfica, but his career has stalled big time.

A chance to work with Bielsa could rediscover his love for the game and there's no doubt he would bring real class to the Whites side.
