It's been a poor end to the season for Leeds United in the Championship despite a hugely promising start under Garry Monk at Elland Road.

The Whites' form has really tailed off over the past couple of weeks and it looks like Monk could be looking at a season that ends without the club qualifying for the play-offs, despite being amongst it for much of the campaign.

They've let their form slip at the exact wrong side in the season and unlike the likes of Fulham, who are only getting better and better, Leeds have just capitulated at the wrong time.

It's led to pressure on the shoulders of Garry Monk, and he has subsequently been linked with a move to Norwich City this summer after the late-season failure.

But should the former Swansea man leave for Carrow Road, who might come in to replace him?

With that in mind, here's TWO potential replacements for Monk if he does leave for the Canaries...

Alex Neil

Alex Neil was shown the door by Norwich City just a couple of months ago after a winless streak that saw the Canaries tumble outside the play-offs.

But he's a manager that has done the whole promotion to the Premier League journey in the past and is a manager that comes with a real reputation too.

It'd be a pretty like-for-like replacement for Monk and probably a more stable appointment too.

Roy Keane

Assistant at the Republic of Ireland national side, former Manchester United legend Roy Keane hasn't been in club management since his spell at Ipswich Town a couple of years ago.

He's a man that comes with a really fierce playing reputation and a man that matches the fiery passion we've come to expect from supporters on the terraces at Elland Road too.

Would certainly be a risk but would be a popular figure and a really hard worker too.
