West Bromwich Albion manager Slaven Bilic will be hoping of adding to his squad during the last few weeks of the transfer window, as he looks to find some extra quality to help the Baggies secure promotion.

The Baggies have suffered a slight dip in form over the last few weeks, winning just one of their last six matches in the Championship, although last weekend's 2-2 draw at Charlton Athletic was enough to move West Brom back above Leeds United at the top of the table.

Bilic will be looking to potentially add to his attacking options in the next few weeks, and the Baggies are now being linked with a potential move for Huddersfield Town's Karlan Grant, who has been enjoying an excellent personal season with the Terriers netting 12 league goals so far this term.

Here then, we take a look at TWO potential knock on effects that could happen at West Brom if they sign Grant this month...

Kenneth Zohore back down the pecking order

Zohore has endured a rather frustrating season on a personal note, with the striker having failed to really establish himself in the starting line-up for most of the campaign, due to the form of both Hal Robson-Kanu and Charlie Austin up front.

However, after being handed a rare start by Bilic for West Brom's trip to Charlton in the third round of the FA Cup two weeks ago, Zohore managed to impress leading the line well and scoring the only goal of the contest - and the 25-year-old was rewarded with another start last weekend, scoring for the Baggies in a second successive trip to the Valley this time in the league.

That suggests the forward could have really put himself back into the thoughts of Bilic for regular football during the rest of the season, but were West Brom to bring in Grant it could once again see Zohore drop back down the pecking order at the Hawthorns.

Potential for Bilic to change formation

Were Grant to arrive at the Hawthorns this month, it would potentially offer Bilic the chance to alter his formation for certain opponents, which could help the Baggies become a little harder for opposing teams to set up against not knowing which formation West Brom will use.

Grant has the ability to play across the forward line, and would offer enough mobility to partner the likes of Austin and Robson-Kanu up front in certain games, which could enable Bilic to add more of a goal threat to his side when they are finding it difficult to break their opponents down.
