If you were asked to name every Leeds United player of the last decade you would seriously struggle.

Many have come and gone, with many forgetful due to their fleeting nature at Elland Road.

Every few, though, there have been some excellent young talents. Some academy products have come into the first team and lit up Leeds United.

There are a number who fall into the category of ‘left too early’.

Here, we look at two of those, who are now perhaps regretting leaving.

Do you agree? Let us know in the comments.

Sam Byram

Sam Byram left the club for West Ham where he was promised a starting spot at right back. He hardly gets a sniff now, with injuries and other signings in his position keeping him out of the team.

He will regret leaving Elland Road now, with a loan move at Nottingham Forest bringing another injury.

Ronaldo Vieira

Vieira might not have wanted to leave in the summer of 2018, but he's now plying his trade in Serie A.

Whilst he will have grown as a person, it is hard to say he's developed as a player.

A year under Bielsa could've been great for the Englishman.
