Coventry City have been one of League One’s most consistent outfits this term with Mark Robins having led his side up to second place in the standings at the time of writing.
Much of the club’s best play this term has come via the use of defence splitting through balls and making the most of using individual skill to get the better of their opponents, with the likes of Liam Walsh and Sam McCallum having largely excelled this term in this respect.
In addition to the side’s creative talents, the likes of Maxime Biamou and Matt Godden have provided the goals that has seen them up towards the higher reaches of the table for most of the season, despite having to play their home games at Birmingham City’s St Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium.

As with all sides that gain promotion or just miss out, the club is likely to undergo something of a squad restructure this summer as they seek to improve on this season’s showings.
Here, we take a look at TWO players that Coventry City should ideally look to sell if they gain promotion this term….
The 24-year-old striker has largely failed to convince for the Sky Blues this term, notching just six goals in all competitions since embarking on his second season with the club.
Since arriving from near neighbours Walsall, Bakayoko has cut a frustrated figure in front of goal, missing various guilt edged chances for the Midlands club.
He has found himself largely out of favour this term due to the for of Godden and as a result looks likely to leave the club in the summer.
After failing to really prove himself at League One level, a move to another third or fourth division club could beckon for the striker.
The former Crystal Palace youth product has largely found his spell with the Sky Blues littered with injuries, thus limiting the 24-year-old to just six appearances for the Midlands club since arriving from Dulwich Hamlet in the summer of 2018.
A versatile forward, Allassani has spent time out on loan with his former club this term as he seeks to gain some fitness and form after a frustrating few seasons with the Sky Blues.
The forward found the net on three occasions this term but put simply it has become increasingly obvious that the player is not up to Football League standard and as a result the attacker could depart this summer.
Allassani will not be the only one departing the club this summer, with Robins sure to want to trim down what is a well stocked squad at present.
