Despite a short-lived upturn in form, Millwall are still well and truly in the midst of a relegation battle.

The Lions are one point off the bottom three and face Norwich City this weekend heading into the third international break of the season.

Neil Harris’ men surprised everyone with their eighth-place finish last term but have so far struggled to replicate their season-ending form.

Millwall strengthened in the summer but looking at their league position, January additions will be needed.

Harris has already issued his plans for the New Year and depending on their position; his stance could change.

The club received around £8million for the sale of George Saville in August and having spent £2million of that already on Tom Bradshaw and Ryan Leonard; there is still a few bob in the kitty yet for the Lions to spend and try to move away from the bottom three.

With some money to spend and Millwall in need to strengthening to move away from the bottom three, here are two payers Harris should seriously consider bringing to Millwall in January.
