Nottingham Forest will be desperate to get back to winning ways tomorrow afternoon, as they prepare to host Mark Bowen's Reading at the City Ground.

Before the international break, the Reds sat level on points with West Brom at the top of the Championship table, occupying the second automatic promotion spot.

But after defeats to Wigan Athletic and Hull City in just a matter of days, Sabri Lamouchi's side have dropped down to eighth place in the league standings, after a frustrating performance on Wednesday night.

After finding themselves 2-0 down thanks to goals from Josh Magennis and Jarrod Bowen, Forest were unable to captialise after Matty Cash pulled a goal back, as well as when Magennis was sent off for a challenge on Ben Watson.

Lamouchi will now be urging his side to get back to their usual selves this weekend, as they prepare to take on the Royals on Trentside.

After making four changes to his side in midweek, we take a look at two tweaks he might look to make this time around...

Albert Adomah for Joe Lolley

Lolley has been off his usual standards this season, and has found it hard to make as much as an impact as he did last season.

The winger has scored four goals so far this season, but has seemingly lost his ability to take players on and create chances for his teammates in recent weeks, perhaps hinting that he is a little jaded.

He has come under criticism from fans on social media in recent times, and perhaps a break could do him the world of good this weekend.

Adomah has had to be patient when it has come to waiting for a place in the starting line-up, although this should come this weekend.

He's fast, strong and direct and will add real flair going forward.

Ryan Yates in

Yates made his first appearance of the season for Forest in midweek, after being ruled out with an injury since the end of last season.

The box-to-box midfielder made a real impression last season, particularly under Martin O'Neill, and he looked sharp on Wednesday night too.

He adds a tenacious element to the midfield and could be a really good option to have next to Ben Watson.
