With less than three days left of the loan window, there is still time for EFL clubs up and down the country to get some last minute business done.

For Millwall, they have had a pretty decent summer bringing in five new players and allowing none to leave permanently with a couple of players loaned out to gain further first-team experience.

There has been interest in several of the Lions' players in recent weeks, more so on the permanent deadline day and now leading into the close of the temporary market.

It is inevitable there will be links with players to other clubs, and should a replacement be found, members of the squad attracting interest will be allowed to leave.

Neil Harris will be reluctant to let anyone go, wanting to keep his side together and mount a charge up the league to emulate last season’s success.

With that said, here are two players we could see leave Millwall before Friday’s 5pm loan deadline.

The 21-year-old is yet to feature in the league this season and failed to make the bench in Sunday’s defeat to Rotherham.

Fred Onyedinma has only featured in the League Cup success over Gillingham, and with league opportunities limited, a loan move away could well be what is needed to reignite his stuttering career.

Having made 42 appearances last season, struggling to get a game would be frustrating for the winger who at his current age will be wanting to play regularly to find form and improve.

George Saville could well be on his way out of The Den amidst intense interest from the Lions’ Championship rivals Middlesbrough.

Reports suggest the midfielder is keen to try his hand at a fresh challenge and a loan move away could turn into a permanent deal come January for a fee of around £5million.

The former Wolverhampton Wanderers man has been the lynchpin in the middle of the park for Neil Harris’ side since his move to London last summer.

With the manager coming out and acknowledging the interest from Boro, and failing to extinguish it, there could be movement in the deal with the 25-year-old heading to the Riverside.
