Championship outfit Luton Town can solidify their place in the top six this in today's early kick-off with a win against this afternoon's opponents Blackpool, with the two sides set to take the stage at Kenilworth Road.

The Hatters enjoyed an extremely successful Easter period, managing to take six points from six in two tricky games as they faced Nottingham Forest and Cardiff City, with those two sides arguably deserving to take a point or three from Nathan Jones' side.

Forest may feel particularly aggrieved after having Djed Spence's goal ruled out in a controversial moment - but all credit has to go to Jones' men who remained reasonably solid against Steve Cooper's in-form team before heading to the Welsh capital and striking in the second half.

This has left them in a strong position going into today's match against the Seasiders, though they will be aware that their opponents scored six times against Birmingham City in their last game and because of that, will be full of confidence.

That factor makes this game a difficult one to predict considering today's hosts have kept consecutive clean sheets, though the Hatters will be favourites with their superior league position.

Focusing on Luton boss Jones, we have selected two dilemmas he will face coming into this latest second-tier clash.

Does Bradley return to the starting lineup?

Bradley missed out in the last game because of his sending off against Forest on Good Friday - but because he was red-carded via two bookings - he will be available in time for this game and this provides Jones with a real selection dilemma to contend with.

This is because Tom Lockyer came in and put in an accomplished performance at the heart of the defence, controlling Cardiff's Jordan Hugill very well on Monday and playing a huge part in the Hatters keeping a clean sheet.

Taking Lockyer or another centre-back out of the starting 11 may be a bad message to send to the starting 11 considering all three did well enough not to be dropped for this latest clash.

However, captain Bradley is a real leader on the pitch and you would want him involved considering how crucial the coming games could be in Luton's history, so a big call has to be made in terms of whether he returns to the starting lineup straight away or not.

Is it time to rock the boat in such a delicate area and make that change? That's in Jones' hands now.

The striker conundrum

Fred Onyedinma was the man to start alongside Elijah Adebayo in the Welsh capital on Monday and actually did reasonably well in adapting to a centre-forward position, though he was unable to get himself on the scoresheet.

He was then forced to convert to a wing-back following James Bree's injury and was then substituted himself with a tight groin, so there is a chance he may not be included at all.

However, if he is deemed fit, it would perhaps be harsh if he was to be dropped, though he may be deployed at right wing-back if Bree is out. Peter Kioso is available as another option though and that could see Onyedinma remain up top.

And up front, Danny Hylton is another candidate to start alongside Adebayo, so there are a lot of things for Jones to juggle if he receives injury boosts on multiple players.

With the nature of Onyedinma's setback, the risk of that injury being aggravated and the fact Cornick scored the winner against the Bluebirds on Monday, surely it would make sense for the latter to start.

They may regret it if he doesn't having seen him score 11 goals in 36 league appearances this season, also recording five assists in the process.
