Marcelo Bielsa has done a fine job transforming a failing Leeds United squad, with the Whites looking to secure promotion back to the top-flight for the first time since 2004.
Leeds’ form in recent weeks has been inconsistent, but Bielsa’s side are managing to keep pace with the Championship’s leaders with the division as tight as ever.
However, January is shaping into a huge month for the Whites, with Bielsa’s trimmed squad looking like it will need a New Year boost.
The quality that arrives at Elland Road needs to push the starting XI, but in turn, that will push fringe players further down the pecking order.
