It’s been another strong start to the season for Leeds United, who will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the campaign on Saturday against Millwall.

Leeds’ start under Marcelo Bielsa means that there is a good atmosphere around Elland Road, with a demanding fanbase having very little to be negative about.

Whilst things continue in this manner that will not change, however, the Championship is a long season and things will undoubtedly get tough for the Whites at some stage.

Over the summer some big decisions were made, with Leeds opting to move on over 20 players and only bring in six new faces to replace them.

That has left Bielsa with a pool of around 20 players, which is something that could become a problem in the coming months.

Here at FLW, we take a look at TWO other decisions that Leeds have made that could come back to haunt them in the future…

Vieira was surprisingly sold during the summer, with the 20-year-old midfielder heading for Sampdoria.

He’s an England under-21 international, who seemingly has a huge future ahead of him.

Leeds’ decision to sell him raised eyebrows and it’s certainly something the club could live to regret in the future.

Liam Cooper and Pontus Jansson are Leeds’ only recognised centre-backs, with the Whites lacking depth in that area of their squad.

Gaetano Berardi is covering well, whilst Conor Shaughnessy and Luke Ayling are also options.

However, in a gruelling season, Leeds look short of natural cover, which could hurt them.
