Derby County will be looking forward to the season's restart as they will sense an opportunity to get themselves into the top flight via the play-offs once again.

The Rams have a good record in making the top six and will once again fancy their chances with them just a handful of points outside the play-offs right now.

Certainly, Phillip Cocu has done a good job of keeping things on track in what has been a tumultuous at times season at Pride Park, and he'll now be looking to use this current period to address any weaknesses between now and the season restart.

Can you get full marks in this Derby quiz?

Here, we look at two things he might want to inspect further...

Away form

There's a good case to suggest the Rams would already be in the play-offs this season had their away form not been so bad for so long.

They've won just three on the road this campaign, and are 21st in the away form table - whilst they are 2nd when it comes to results at home.

Promisingly, though, Cocu already appears to be doing something right as they've won 2 of their last 5 - though they lost the other 3. Further improvement will be targeted.

Clean sheet record

Derby hadn't kept a clean sheet in six before beating Blackburn Rovers 3-0 last time out and will want to improve that record.

It doesn't get you points directly and overall their form is good, of course, but if they make the play-offs, keeping shutouts could prove the difference. They've had eight all season and none of them have been away from Pride Park.
