After missing out on promotion to the Premier League, Leeds United are likely to find it tough to keep hold of their most important players in the summer.

The Whites had sat firmly inside the automatic promotion spots for the majority of the campaign, but after losing out to Sheffield United, they were then defeated by Derby County in the play-off semi-finals.

Now, the club will be preparing for yet another season in the Sky Bet Championship, with a large cloud of uncertainty looming over Elland Road at present.

Marcelo Bielsa's future is currently up in the air, with the likes of Pontus Jansson, Kalvin Phillips and Jack Clarke all likely to have many potential suitors over the course of the summer.

The latter is arguably one of the most promising youngsters to emerge through the youth ranks at Elland Road for many a year, after he burst on the scene in around November time with a couple of appearances from the bench.

Fast forward six months, and Clarke is now attracting interest from some of the biggest clubs in the country, with Champions League finalists Tottenham Hotspur reportedly making a £10million bid for the winger, according to the Mail.

Here, we take a look at his stats from this season, to see whether he is capable of making the step up...

After originally being used as a super sub, Clarke quickly nailed down a place in the starting XI, and displayed real talent and skill on both flanks for Bielsa's side.

The 18-year-old, in 24 appearances, scored two goals and produced two assists for Leeds. Those strikes came from just 0.8 shots on goal per game.

A pacy, direct wide-man, the youngster completed an average of 1.1 dribbles per game, and also accrued a pass success rate of 75.9% and made 0.7 key passes per game too.

Clarke isn't going to break into the Spurs first-team anytime soon, but the young attacker will be looking to follow in the footsteps of Dele Alli, who also signed from an EFL club in MK Dons.

He is definitely one for the future, and whilst these statistics may not look too promising on the eye at first, they are some quality numbers for such a young player.
