Derby County's impressive winning run came to an end at Rotherham United on Saturday afternoon.
It was a frustrating day all round for the Rams, with Frank Lampard being sent off to the stands following a bust-up with the referee and linesmen, on a day in which the 10-men were defeated 1-0 by Paul Warne's Millers.
Games come thick and fast in the Championship however, and Lampard's men have the chance to make amends and get back to winning ways, as they prepare to host Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday night.
After four wins and three defeats from their opening seven league outings, the East Midlands will be looking to replicate the performances that have put them in their 7th placed position currently, however there are some Rams players not pulling their weight at the minute...
With that being said, here we take a look at two Derby County players that need to up their game..
Following his big money move from Ipswich Town in the summer, Waghorn arrived at Pride Park with a high reputation, having scored 16 goals in 47 appearances for the Tractorboys last term.
The 28-year old has failed to live up to his hefty price tag however, only managing to find the net once in five league appearances, and needs to start improving if he is to spearhead Derby up the league.
Some may argue that he hasn't been given the service he requires, but hasn't really done a lot off the ball to get involved with play.
Having been forced out the team a couple of times by youngster Jayden Bogle, Wisdom hasn't had the greatest start to the 18/19 campaign after putting in some below-par performances.
The 25-year old right-back was an unused substitute at the weekend, and needs to step up his game if he is to replace the impressive Bogle.
