Derby County's temporary managerial team of Wayne Rooney and Liam Rosenior are looking for their first win as they host Wycombe Wanderers later today.

The Rams are in horrific form having lost their last four games, and not obtaining a victory since their 1-0 win over Norwich City on October 3.

The same can't be said for their opponents though, who many predicted would be the whipping boys of the division after their shock promotion through the League One play offs.

Wycombe's season started with seven straight defeats, but their last six games have seen just one loss, as Gareth Ainsworth has not only managed to pick up two wins for the Chairboys but also kept both Brentford and Huddersfield's dangerous attacks quiet.

Rest assured this will not be an easy encounter for the Rams - no game is in the Championship - and we have picked out two dangerous players from the Wycombe side that County will need to be wary of come 3pm.

Joe Jacobson

Jacobson may be 34 years of age now, but he possesses one of the most dangerous crosses in the entire EFL.

The left back has scored directly from a corner multiple times in his career and his left foot is deadly, whether he is trying to assist or he's striking a free kick or penalty at goal.

He won't be threatening too much as an overlapping wing back, but if Wycombe get a set piece, Derby fans should be expecting the worst.

Daryl Horgan

Ireland international Horgan seemed a bit of a coup for Wycombe in the summer, having joined from Hibernian.

Horgan had previous Championship experience from a season-and-a-half spell at Preston North End, and whilst he may have not netted a goal yet for Wycombe, he's got bundles of pace and dribbling ability that could bamboozle Nathan Byrne.

You get the feeling that his first goal contribution is coming soon, and today could be the day.
