Luton Town remain in the Championship play-off positions in what has been an excellent campaign for the Hatters thus far.

Nathan Jones' side are currently five points above Middlesbrough in seventh and will be eager to mathematically confirm their attendance in this season's play-offs as soon as possible.

Given that the club still are unsure what division they will be playing their football in next season, there is still a lot of uncertainty about what immediately remains of this campaign and what recruitment might look like.

Here, we take a look at two changes we could see at the Bedfordshire club this summer...

Forward line recruitment

Elijah Adebayo has enjoyed his first full campaign in the Championship with the Hatters this season, with the 24-year-old proving to be a real threat.

His physicality and ability to score goals has been there for all to see this season, whilst he has also impressed with the ball at his feet and when running at defences.

However, there has already been interest in the towering forward, and as the summer nears, it would be no surprise to see even more clubs join the pursuit.

Should the Hatters secure promotion, then it is likely that Adebayo will remain a Hatter.

An attacking midfielder?

Luton held an interest in Elliot Anderson, Luke Freeman and Harvey White during the January transfer window, and it remains to be seen if an attacking midfielder will be on the priority list this summer.

Luke Berry and Jordan Clark have been missing for the majority of this campaign, and whilst the pair have proven to be excellent when included, it would appear that a new attacking midfielder could be brought to Kenilworth Road this summer.

It will be interesting to see if Anderson and White are viewed as targets going into the off-season, with the division that Luton are playing their football in next season likely to play a huge part.
