Charlton travel to Preston this weekend aiming to put an end to a really poor run in the league.
The Addicks have won just once in their last 14 matches in the Championship and are now hoping that the introduction of new owners off the pitch can help them achieve more success on it.
Through the week, the side was also hit by another massive blow as Chelsea recalled star midfielder Conor Gallagher from his loan at the club.

The Addicks are set to make two changes overall, as they look to continue using the 3-5-2 formation that worked so effectively against West Brom last weekend. The back three is expected to stay the same with Naby Sarr impressing of late and seemingly being picked ahead of Jason Pearce.
In the wing-back roles, it looks as though Adam Matthews will start on the right-side, whilst Alfie Doughty will continue to play in the unfamiliar role of left wing-back. He played in that position in the draw with West Brom and the Baggies didn’t expect the system change.
The two changes are set to come in the midfield. Injuries meant that Jake Forster-Caskey and Jonny Williams have both missed so much of the season, but the duo are set to start at Preston on Saturday as they look to provide a major boost to the Addicks side heading into a crucial run of games.
Up top, Josh Davison is expected to lead the line as Lyle Taylor remains sidelined with an injury. The youngster managed to net his first ever Championship goal last weekend, and he’ll be full of confidence heading into the tricky fixture with play-off chasing Preston.
